Auvik Receives Application Certification From ServiceNow

WATERLOO, ON / May 7, 2020 — Auvik Networks, a provider of network management software, today announced it has received certification of its alerting application with ServiceNow, available now in the ServiceNow Store.

Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that Auvik has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are used in the design and implementation of Auvik with ServiceNow.

Auvik’s cloud-based network management software automates and simplifies complex and time-consuming network tasks through real-time network mapping, alerting, service monitoring, configuration backups, and more.

Auvik customers who rely on ServiceNow for incident management can now use the Auvik certified app to centralize their incident workflows and cut down response times. With the integration, alerts in Auvik automatically create incidents in ServiceNow, and closing an incident in ServiceNow dismisses the alert in Auvik.

Joint Auvik and ServiceNow customers can set up the integration following the steps outlined in the Auvik Knowledge Base. ServiceNow customers who aren’t yet Auvik customers can try Auvik free for 14 days.
