Auvik-ConnectWise Integration Helps MSPs Build Profitable Network Services by Extending RMM to Network Infrastructure

WATERLOO, ON Sep 29, 2015 — Auvik Networks and ConnectWise®, the world’s leading business management platform, today announced the integration of their platforms to help managed service providers scale their businesses profitably by providing comprehensive managed network services. Auvik’s SaaS-based network operations system provides real-time visibility and access to client network infrastructure.

MSPs can now use Auvik’s pre-configured network performance alerts, or their own custom alerts within Auvik, to automatically create tickets in ConnectWise. Updates to these ConnectWise tickets sync back to Auvik.

Network inventory and configuration details can also be synced between Auvik and ConnectWise.
